2 Tbsp. harissa (a fiery hot paste), canned
4 Tbsp. mayonnaise
1 tsp. chopped cilantro
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. olive oil
 
Instructions
Whisk together ingredients until well combined; set aside.
THIS SAUCE IS TO BE USED WITH MY RECIPE, "MOROCCAN GROUND LAMB PATTIES", FOUND IN MY "ENTREES-MAINDISH" SECTION.
