Melt butter in large skillet, over med heat. Season chops with pepper and garlic powder. Fry chops in butter until no longer pink and juices run clear, about 20-25 min. Turn occassionally to brown evenly
Remove chops to plate and keep warm. Stir whipping cream into skillet, loosing brown bits. Stir in blue cheese. Cook, stirring constantly until sauce thickens, about 5 minutes. Pour sauce over chops and serve.
