Prepare and bake cake mix according to package (use directions for a 13x9 cake). remove cake from oven. Poke holes in the cake with a fork. While the cake cools, combine jello with boiling water. Pour over cake. Top with cool whipe. Refrigerate cake for one hour before serving.
