1 lb. box of Pasta, any shape
|
|
3 boneless/skinless chicken breasts, cooked and cubed
|
|
1/2 green bell pepper, chopped
|
|
1/2 cucumber, peeled, seeded and chopped
|
|
1/2 sweet onion, chopped
|
|
1/2 lb. of bacon, cooked and crumbled
|
|
1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
|
|
1 tsp. lemon pepper seasoning
|
|
1 16 oz. bottle Hidden Valley Ranch Dressing (may not need to use full bottle)

Instructions |
|
|
Boil pasta in water until tender.
|
|
|
Drain pasta into colander and refill pot with chicken breasts, hot water and 1 tsp of lemon pepper seasoning.
|

Boil until chicken is cooked. Cook bacon.
|
|
|
Crumble bacon, cube chicken and place into serving bowl with pasta. Add vegetables, cheese and dressing, mix well. Serve.
