     Pineapple Gratin

Ingredients
Pineapple (1 tin)small pieces
Cream ( 1 packet)
Milk ( 1 1/2 cup)
Sugar
Corn flour ( 2TBSP)
Water (1/2 cup)
Eggs 4
 

Instructions
Take a pan.Put pineapple and 6 TBSP sugar. Cook for a minute.Take 1/2 cup water and put 2 TBSP corn flour in it.Mix and put in the pan with the pineapple.Cook until the mixture gets slightly thick. Put in a dish to cool.
Mix milk, cream , 5 TBSP sugar and 4 eggs in a blender. Put over the pineapple.
Put the dish in a pan with some water.Put in the oven and bake for about 50 minutes or longer if needed.
