Preheat non-stick skillet on medium (4).
|
|
|
Stir eggs and milk in small bowl.
|
|
|
Put oil and butter in pan. Do this just before cooking eggs -- butter will burn. Pour egg mixture in pan.
|
|
|
Tear up slice of cheese and stir in with eggs along with a dash of Lawry's Seasoning Salt and pepper. Stir and flip with rubber spatula until eggs are cooked to your liking.
