Take a medium size bowl to mix the ingredients in.
Finely cut the onion.
Soak bread in the milk.
In the mixing bowl combine: ground meat, eggs, bread, onion and salt and pepper. Thoroughly mix everything (for best results use your hands).
Spread the flouver over the plate.
Make oval shaped cutlets, appr. finger width.
Dip the cutlets in the flouver, make sure they are covered with flouver on all sides.
Fry cutlets on both sides for apprx. 15 min.
