Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
|
|
|
|
Beat together cake mix, pudding and eggs. Pour in greased and floured 11" x 13" cake pan.
|
|
|
|
Sprinkle with chips, nuts and sugar.
|
|
|
|
Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
