Combine all ingredients in mixing bowl. Mix with spoon- fill well-greased muffin tins 3/4 full.

|
|
Place in cold oven, set oven to 450.
|
|
|
|
Bake exactly 3o mins without disturbing. Use double muffin tins if you don't have cast iron tins.
|

|
|
Note: recipe will not work if doubles
