3 Tablespoons of Butter
|

Blend in 1/4 Cup of Flour
|
|
Add 1/2 Cup of Milk
|
|
Add 1/2 Cup of Chicken Broth
|
|
Add 1 Tablespoon of Parsley
|
|
1 Teaspoon of Lemon Juice
|
|
1 Teaspoon of Onions
|
|
Dash of Paprik
|
|
|
|
Dash of Nutmeg
|
|
Dash of Pepper
|
|
Add 2 Cups of Chicken
|
|
Mix together:
|
|
1 Egg (beaten)
|
|
2 Tablespoons of Water
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|

Instructions |

|
Cook and stir over medium heat, the first 4 ingredients, until mixture thickens and bubbles. Cook and stir 1 minute longer; remove from heat
|

Chill at least 2 hours. After two 2 hours, with wet hands, shape mixture in round roll and roll it into breadcrumbs. Chill again for approx. 1/2 hour.

|
Dip round chicken rolls into the egg and water mixture, then dip into bread crumbs again.
|
|
|
Fry and Enjoy!
