Heat grill. Place 1 Chicken breast, 2 sliced tomatoes and 1 sliced zucchini on one side of a sprayed 18"x12" piece of heave duity foil. Spoon 2 tablespoons of pesto onto each packet. Fold foil around chicken to make a packet. Repeat three more times.
Grill packets for 20-25 minutes, until chicken is done.
Place packets on plates and unfold foil. Enjoy!
