     Healthy Banana Cookies

3 Ripe Bananas
1 Cup Chopped Dates or Raisins
2 Cups Rolled Oats
1/3 Cup Canola Oil
1 Teaspoon Vanilla, Almond or Banana Extract

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
In food processor mash the bananas, stir in oats, dates, oil and extract. Mix well, then allow to sit for 15 minutes.
Drop by tablespoon fulls onto greased cookie sheet.Bake 15 minutes.Remove to rack and cool completely. Store in an air tight container.
