1 Cups Brown Rice
|

3 1/2 Cups Boiling Water

|
1/2 Cup Thawed Frozen Concentrate Orange Juice

6 Tablespoons Lime Juice
|
|
|
|
1 1/2 Tablespoons Ground Cumin
|
|
1 Tablespoon Chili Powder
|
|
1/4 Cup Chopped Cilantro
|
|
1/2 Teaspoon Salt
|
|
2 Large Cans All White Meat Chicken
|

Instructions |
|
|
In Crock mix together, corn, beans, chilis, onion, peppers, rice, water orange juice, 1/4 Cup Lime juice, cumin and chili powder.

Cover and cook on low for 3 hours. Stir in remaining lime juice, cilantro, salt and chicken. Cook 20 more minutes on high. Mix well and serve hot.
