     French Club Sandwiches

Ingredients
2 (8oz) cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup mayonaise
3/4 cup finely chopped celery
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/3 cup chopped fresh parsley
2 Tbl. finely chopped onion
1 Tbl. lemon juice
1/4tsp.season salt
2 (1lb) french baguettes
 
2lbs. thinly sliced cooked ham (deli)
6 dill pickles, thinly sliced lenthwise

Instructions
Combine cream cheese and mayonnaise: beat at medium speed until mixture is creamy. Stir in celery and next 6 ingredients.
Cut baguettes horizontally in half lengthwise; spread cream cheese mixture over cut sides of bread.
Place ham evenly on bottom halves of baguettes; top ham with pickles. Cover with tops of bread. Cut each loaf into 6 portions.
