1 to 1 1/2 cup water (you can always add more if you need it!)
3 beef boullion cubes
4-5 Tbsp worchester sauce
salt & pepper to taste
3 Tbsp flour
minced garlic (approx 3 cloves)
Instructions
Sauté all together and cook in a large (12”) frying pan or large pot for about 20 minutes till mixture is thick.
Once you have it at the desired consistency, pour into a deep baker adding a thick layer of ‘real’ mashed potatoes. Make sure potatoes aren’t too runny.
Put butter on top with salt and pepper and a little paprika. Bake at 350 degrees for approx 45 minutes.
