Apple Cake

Ingredients

 1 C. Flour
-
 1 tea. Baking Soda
-
 1 tea. cinnamon
-
 1/2 tea. salt
-
 1 C. Sugar
-
 1 egg
-
 1/4 C. Veg. oil
-
 2 C. apples -peeled and cubed
-
 1/2 C. Nuts or Chocolate Chips (optional)

 1/2 C. Raisins
Instructions
Sift together Flour/Baking Soda/Cinnamon/Salt (set aside)
Mix together Sugar/egg/oil
Add sifted ingredients fold in Apples/nuts/raisins
Bake in greased and floured loaf pans @350 for 20 minutes or until toothpick comes clean
