"eggs in a nest"

Category   Breakfast - Brunch
Sub Category   Kids
Servings   any
Preptime   10-15 min
Wine/Beverage
Recommendations
  orange juice

Ingredients
-
1 egg
-
1 piece of bread
-
something that will cut a circle out of the bread(top of a cup works)
-
slab of butter
-
frying pan
-
spatchula

Instructions
Cut out a hole (cirlce) in the center of your piece of bread. I use the top part of a glass.
Butter both the bread with the hole in it and the cut out circle itself. Also put a slab of butter on a frying pan and let it melt so your bread and egg won't stick to the pan.
Place your bread(both pieces) on the pan and break your egg and put it in the middle of the hole in your bread (hence egg in a nest) and let cook.
You may flip over or put a lid over the pan to cook the egg fully. One the egg is cooked and both pieces of the bread are browned to your liking take them off the stove. Last but not least you can use your circle you cut out to dip in your egg. ENJOY!
