7-Up BBQ

Ingredients
-
 1 tbsp butter
-
 1 lb gr beef
-
 1/8 tsp pepper
-
 3/4 cup ketchup
-
 2 tbsp flour
-
 1 (7 oz) bottle 7-up
-
 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
-
 1 t sp salt
-
 1/3 cup chopped onion

 1 tsp mustard
Instructions
In electric skillet at 340 melt butter; add meat and onion. Cook and stir until meat loses red color; drain; reduce heat to 220. Mix salt, pepper and flour in bowl; slowly add 7-up, stirring until smooth. Stir into meat along with ketchup to which mustard and worcestershire sauce has been added; cover and cook 10 min. Serve on bun.
