     Pototo Salad

Ingredients
2 1/2 cups of sliced, cooked potatoes
1 tsp. of sugar
1 tsp. of vinegar
1/2 cup of chopped onion
1 1/2 tsp of celery seed
1 1/2 tsp of salt
3/4 cup of mayonnaise
2 hard-boiled eggs, sliced
 

Instructions
Sprinkle potatoes with sugar and vinegar. Add onion, seasonings, and mayonnaise; toss to mix. Carefully fold in eggs. Chill and garnish with parsley and cherry tomatoes or tomato wedges and deviled eggs.
