Cook pasta according to direction. In large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add garlic, shrimp, asparagus, salt and white pepper. Saute until shrimp is pink and asparagus is tender (about 5 minutes). Stir in half-and-half,; bring to a boil. Reduce heat to laow and simmer 4 minutes. Stir in tomatoes, basil and pasta; toss to coat pasta. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
