Wash the rice 2 times in cold water and then soak in one cup of cold water.
Add salt and oil and cook on medium heat for 15 minutes while stirring it every five minutes.
When the water is almost absorbed stir once again and cover tightly and make it low heat.
Cook for another 7-8 minutes and then shut off the stove.
Let stand 5-7 minutes and then serve.
