4 Decker Mocha Squares

Ingredients
-
 1/2 C Butter
-
 1 C Flour
-
 1 C Chopped Nuts
-
 1 (8 oz) Pkg Cream Cheese (Softened)
-
 1 C Powdered Sugar
-
 1 (8oz) Cool Whip
-
 1 Lg Pckg and 1 Sm Pckg Instant Choc Pudding
-
 3 C Milk
-
 1 Small Chocolate Bar
 
Instructions
Cut Butter into Flour till crumbly. Stir in 3/4 of nuts. Press evenly into 9 x 13 pan. Bake at 350 dergrees for 20 min. Cool.
Beat Cream Cheese till fluffy. Beat in Powdered Sugar and 1/2 Whipped Cream. Spread over crust. Chill. Mix pudding with Milk. Beat for 2 min. Spoon & Spread carefully over Cream Cheese layer. Chill. Top with whipped Cream. Grate Chocolate over top and rest of chopped nuts.
