     Aunt Rosemary's Cheese Cake

Ingredients
3 (8oz) Pckg Cream Cheese
1 C Sugar
4 Egg Whites
1 tsp Vanilla
Topping:
1 C Sour Cream
2 tsp Sugar
1/2 tsp Vanilla
Graham Crackers (Crushed)
 
Butter

Instructions
Heat oven to 350 dergrees. Butter pan and dust with Graham cracker Crumbs. Beat Egg Whites till Stiff. Fold Sugar in gradually. Beat Cream Cheese in separate Bowl till smooth. Add by spoonfuls to Egg Whites, mixing smooth between additions. Add Vanilla. Pour into pan. Bake 25 min. Remove pie from oven and turn heat up to 450 degrees. Mix Topping. Pour over top of pie. Bake 5 min. Serve cold.
