     Pork Chops and Rice (crockpot)

Ingredients
4 thick boneless pork chops or 6 thin ones
1 envelope onion soup mix
1 can chicken broth (depending on how big chops are, can use 1 1/2 cans
1 box of brown rice
 

Instructions
Mix onion soup with broth and pour over chops. Cook on low for 6-8 hours
Serve pork chops with rice. You can laddle some of the sauce over sauce and chops. sauce would be good over mashed potatoes too
