     Shredded Barbecue

Ingredients
4 pound beef or pork roast
1 can (14.5) diced tomatoes
1 can water
1 onion, sliced
2 cloves of garlic, chopped
1/2 cup ketchup
1/2 cup vinegar
1/2 cup worcheshire sauce
salt and pepper to taste
 
red pepper flakes (optional)

Instructions
Combine all ingredients into heavy pot. Bring to a boil, then turn down to simmer. Simmer approximately 3 hours or until tender and will shred easily.
Remove Roast and shred with 2 forks. Add roast back to pot and boil liquid down.
Serve on hamburger buns.
Serving Suggestions
This recipe can be cooked in crock pot all day, then boiled down in pot after cooked.
