     Jiffy Cake Dessert

Yellow Jiffy Cake Mix
1 - 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
1 box instant vanilla pudding mix
2 cups milk
1 large can crushed pineapple
9 oz carton cook whip
chopped nuts

Prepare a yellow jiffy cake mix according to directions. Bake until done and cool.
Blend an 8 oz. package cream cheese with one box instant vanilla pudding mix. Beat with two cups milk until creamy. Pour over cooled cake. Sprinkle a large can of well drained pineapple over this. Frost with 9 oz. carton of cool whip. Garnish with chopped nuts.
This can be made days ahead of time as it keeps well in the refrigerator.
