Dilled Salmon Spread

Ingredients
-
 2 pkgs (8oz) cream cheese, room temp
-
 3 T. sour cream
-
 4 oz. smoked salmon, chopped
-
 2 T. drained horseradish squeeze dry
-
 1 T. dried minced onion
-
 1 T. grated lemon zest
-
 1/2 tsp. salt
-
 1/4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
-
 1/3 c. minced fresh dill
 
Instructions
With mixer at med-high beat cream cheese and sour cream until smooth. 1-2 min. With spoon stir in salmon, Horseradish, onion, zest, salt and pepper
Place on plastic wrap. Shape into 9" long log. Unwrap; roll in dill. Rewrap in new sheet of plastic; Refrig until ready to serve
Serving Suggestions
Serve with bread or crackers
