     Cheese Potato Scallop

Ingredients
2 tablespoons onion
2 tablespoons celery leavesS
Few springs fresh chopped parsley
1 1/2 tablespoons flour
2 tablespoons butter
Salt and pepper to taste
3/4 cup milk
3 medium potatoes, peeled and sliced
1 cup grated cheddar cheese
 
Dash paprika

Instructions
Blend first 7 ingredients in a blender. Arrange spud slices in a buttered 1-quart casserole.
Pour blended ingredients over spuds.
Sprinkle with cheese and paprika.
Bake at 350 F oven for one hour.
Serving Suggestions
This is so good you will want to double the recipe each time.
