     Toll House Cookies

Ingredients
1 c butter or mix with oil
3/4 c brown sugar
3/4 c white sugar
2 beaten eggs
1 tsp soda dissolved in 1 tsp hot water
2 1/4 c sifted flour
1 tsp salt
1 tsp vanilla
1 1/2 c chocolate chips
 
nuts optional
Instructions
Mix dry ingredients. Add liquid ingredients. Drop by teaspoon onto greased cookie tin. Bake at 350 for 8-10 minutes.
