Saute onions in olive oil, slowly for 1 hour. Knead rosemary into dough. Roll dough.Spring pizza pan with cornmeal. Place dough on pan.
Spread a thin layer of jam on dough. Sprinkle with parmeesan, then with thyme. Arrange pears on top. Scatter blue cheese on top.
Place pan in oven; cook 5 min (optionally, take out and put pizza directly on oven shelf to crisp the bottom.) Or use pizza stone; cook total of 10 min.
Spread onions on top, drizzle with oil and more thyme. Return to oven for 5 more min. until edges are brown. Place on cutting board and cut into wedges.
