1 lb salmon (cubed or diced)
|
|
Penne pasta
|
|
1 cup heavy cream (or substitute with skim milk)
|

2 tablespoons basil
|
|
2 cans Hunt's diced tomatoes
|
|
Salt
|
|
Pepper
|
|
Garlic powder
|
|
Crushed red pepper
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|

Instructions |
|
|
Sauté tomatoes over low to medium heat. Add salt, pepper, garlic powder and crushed red pepper to taste.
Cook for about 20 minutes.

In a separate pot, bring water to a boil. Add pasta and cook. Drain.
|
|
|
Add salmon, cream/milk, basil to the tomatoes. Cook over low heat until salmon is cooked thoroughly (about 15-20 minutes.

Combine and serve.
