Category   Salads - Soups - Sidedishes
Sub Category   None
Servings   8 - 10
Preptime   15 Minutes

Ingredients
2 Packages (10 oz) Frozen Corn - Thawed
1 c (2 sticks) Butter - Melted
4 Eggs - Beaten
1 c Yellow Cornmeal
2 tsp Salt
1 c Sour Cream (non-fat may be used)
8 oz Monterey Jack Cheese - Diced
2 Cans (4 oz) Chopped Green Chilis

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Put corn into blender and mix at low speed until partially pureed but not smooth. Pour into large mixing bowl and add butter, eggs, cornmeal, salt, sour cream, cheese and chilis. Stir to combine thoroughly.
Pour into greased 10-inch deep-dish pie plate. Do not overfill. You may have extra batter which you can bake in custard cups. If doubling recipe, use three 9-inch pie plates.
Bake at 350 degrees for 50 to 60 minutes, or until firm to the touch and golden.
