     Spicy Artichoke Hearts

Ingredients
2- 10oz. cans quartered artichoke hearts
rinse and squeeze dry hearts
1 tsp. oreg or Italian herb blend
few drops hot pepper sauce
2 c. salt-free salsa
1 clove garlic minced
1/2 c. tomato sauce
1 T. fresh parsley, for garnish
 
Instructions
Comb. all ingred. except parsley in bowl. Stir in spice. Sprinkle with parsley
Chill at least 1 hr. in frig. before serving
Serving Suggestions
Serve with hot bread or tortilla chips
