Adjusted recipe according to the amount of string beans.
Instructions
Snap ends off of each string beans then snap into
two or three parts depending on the length of the bean. Wash before cooking.
Steam until medimum tender. Place cooked beans in a bowl.
Brush dust of each mushroom then thinly slice.
Place olive oil, basil, pepper into a non-stick
pan. Cook on medimum heat stiring all the time,
mushrooms cook very fast. They will absorb the oil and they make there own liquid which gives them there taste.
ADD YOUR SALT AFTER COOKING.
Place string beans in a bowl then add your mushrooms stiring all together.
Serve at room temperature or hot.
