     Honey Corn Bread

1.5 cups yellow cornmeal
1/2 cup unbleached flour
1/2 teaspon baking soda
1 cup milk
1/4 cup butter, melted
1/3 cup honey

Mix dry ingredients in a blender or food processor. Mix milk, butter, and honey together and add to dry ingredients.
Pour into a greased 8" square pan and bake at 425 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
