     5-3-2-1 pizza

Category   Entrees - Maindishes
Sub Category   None
Servings   4
Preptime   10 min-2hr.

Ingredients
1pk. of dry active yeast (or 3 1/4 tsp. of bulk yeast)
1 tsp. sugar
1 cup warm tap water
3 cups of flour
2 Tbs. olive oil
1 tsp. salt

Instructions
combine yeast and sugar in a large bowl. add warm water and stir. Let the mixture sit for 5-10 min. until the yeast disolves.
Add the flour, oil, and salt. Mix with a wooden spoon and then kneed on a floured board (or cool surface). grease a bowl and place the dough in the bowl and cover. Let the dough rise (in a warm place) for 5 minutes-2 hours (the longer it rises, the more bread-like it will become).
Pre-heat the oven at 475. Roll the dough out and poke with a fork in order to minimize air bubbles. Place the pizza dough directly on the top rack of the oven. (I only make one at at time.) Put your sauce on the pizza and bake for 5 minutes.
Take the pizza out and put it onto a pizza stone. Put the cheese and toppings on the pizza and return to the oven. Bake for 4-5 more minutes. If the cheese needs to cook a little more, change the oven to broil and cook the cheese up for 2-3 minutes. Let it sit for 10 minutes, cut with sissors and serve.
Serving Suggestions
Toppings: Pepperoni, Mushroom, Broccoli, Ham and Pinapple, peppers and onion
