1 large Apple, cored, peeled and diced into large chunks
1 Tablespoon Apple Cider Vinegar
1 Teaspoon Caraway Seeds
1/2 Teaspoon Salt
1/4 Teaspoon Black Pepper
Instructions
Heat oil in large skillet, add cabbage and carrot and cook, covered for 5-7 minutes, stirring every 2 munites.
Stir in wine and cook for another 2 minutes. add ham, apple, vinegar and caraway, salt and pepper. Simmer for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until apples are tender and most of the liquid has cooked off.
Turn off heat, cover and let stand 5 minutes before serving.
