Brown together meat and onion. Line 9 x 13 inch pan with tortillas; pour in meat and onion mixture. Add beans,, enchilada sauce and soup; top with grated cheese and another layer of tortillas. Pour tomatoes and peppers over all; bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
