     Mexican Casserole

Category   Entrees - Maindishes
Sub Category   None

Ingredients
1 package flour tortillas, cut up
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can milk, amount of soup can
1 - 4 ounce can chopped green chilies
2 cups grated cheese
1 can enchilada sauce
1 1/2 to 2 1/2 pounds ground hamburger, browned

Instructions
Brown hamburger; drain. In a blender, put soup, can of milk, green chilies and enchilada sauce; blend well. In medium to large bowl, put a layer of meat. Cut soft tortillas into small pieces; layer over meat. Pour a little enchilada sauce over top; sprinkle cheese over all. So this until done with meat and sauce; top layer should be cheese. Cover; put in microwave until cheese melts or until hot. If you like spicy, use hot enchilada sauce; if not, you can use milk and only 1/2 can green chilies.
NOTE: If you want to make more, just double your ingredients. This is good when you serve corn as a side dish. You will have to estimate how many tortillas to cut up as you go along.
