1 large can V8 Juice
|
|
1 can diced tomatoes
|

1 can green beans
|
|
1 can carrots
|
|
1 can corn

3 diced potatoes

1 lb stew beef
|
|
1/2 c barley
|

Salt, pepper, garlic

Instructions |

|
Season stew beef and sear in a large stock pot with a bit of olive oil.
|
|
|
Add everything else except the barley and enough water to cover. Simmer on low for at least an hour or until veggies are tender and beef falls apart.
|
|
|
Stir in the barley and simmer until it's done.
|
