     Meat and rice with gravy

Pork chops or shredded chicken
Rice
Gravy ***See poultry gravy recipe**
 
Instructions
Make gravy and add meat. I generally use leftover pork or chicken for this recipe. Make sure it is very cooked and able to shred.
Boil one bag of rice.
Serve meat and gravy over rice. Add salt and pepper to taste.
