     Enchiladas

Ingredients
1 pound hamburger
1/2 jar green olives
1 small can diced chilis
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can enchilada sauce (red)
1 can milk
1 12 ounce package grated cheddar cheese
1 10 count package flour tortillas
vegetable oil (for frying tortillas)
 

Instructions
Fry tortillas in vegetable oil until just bubbles up. Place between paper towels to absorb excess oil.
Fry hamburger,olives and green chilies. Stuff tortillas with meat mixture and a handful of cheese. Place in 9 X 13 pan.
Combine soup, sauce and milk to make a sauce. Heat in microwave to combine. Pour over enchiladas. Top with remaining shredded cheese. Bake 30 to 45 minutes at 375.
