3 cups self-rising flour
5 tablespoons of sugar
1 can of beer at room temperature

Mix and let sit for 1/2 hour.
Pour in a greased loaf pan.
Bake for 45 minutes at 350. Pour 1/4 cup melted butter over the top and bake for 15 more minutes.
