4 thin sliced skinless boneless chicken breast halves
3 tbsps butter
1 tsp oregano
1/4 tsp pepper
4 thin slices prosciutto
4 slices mozzarella cheese
1/4 cup dry white cooking wine
Instructions
In a large frying pan, melt butter over medium heat. Add chicken breasts and cook 3 minutes on each side. Season with oregano and pepper.
Place a slice of prosciutto and then a slice of cheese on each breast. Drizzle the wine over all. Cover pan and cook 5 minutes, until cheese is melted and chicken is cooked through.
