Combine milk, cream and egg. Remove rind from brie and cut into 6 slices. Dip each piece into milk mixture and then coat thickly with with bread crumbs/pepper/parsley/thyme (mixed together). Refrigerate for 15 minutes.
Remove from refrigerator, dip again in milk mixture and caot once more the crumbs.
Heat 2 inches of oil in a large skillet over moderately high heat. Fry for a few seconds, til brown and crisp on both sides.
