     Cold Water Biscuits

Ingredients
3 packages yeast
1 cup warm water
1 cup flour
4 cups water
2 cups sugar
1 cup oil
3 tsp salt
12-15 cups flour
 

Instructions
Soak yeast in warm water about one hour. Mix enough flour to make a sponge. Let raise overnight.
In the morning, add water, sugar, oil and salt. Add flour to make a dough (not quite as stiff as for bread). Let raise all day.
Knead dough every 2 hours. Make buns in the evening. Let raise all night.
Bake in the morning at 350 degrees for 15 minutes.
