Add the scallops and lobster meat and sautee until the scallops are white and firm. Add the Goya seasoning, a dash of salt, and the parsley flakes while gently tossing the seafood. Add the lemon juice, white wine, clam juice,a dn a dash of tabasco sauce and bring to a simmer. Serve at once onver rice pilaf.

Rice Pilaf-
Melt 3 Tbsp of butter in a 5 quart sauce pan. Sautee 3 Tbsp of chopped onion and 1 Tbsp of minced garlic until transparent. Add 4.5 cups cold water, 6 bouillon cubes, 1 tsp lemon juice, and 1 tsp black pepper. Bring water to a boil, then stir in 2 cups of converted rice, reduce heat, cover and simmer for 20 minutes. Remove from heat and let stand for 5 minutes.
