1 tsp spice (Italian, garlic or Montreal streak spice)
9 lasagna noodles
500 g container of cottage cheese
Sauce
2 cups skim milk powder and water to make 2 cups
2 tbsp flour
1 cup grated cheese
Instructions
Cook meat and onions together until well browned (drain fat). Place
in crock pot with spaghetti sauce, mushrooms, spice and noodles
and mix well. Pour cottage cheese on top (Don't Mix)
Pour sauce over above ingredients in crock pot, cook for recommended time.
Top with cheese 1/2 hour prior to serving.
Try adding thawed spinach!!
Cook low 6-8 hours
Cook high 2-3 hours
