4 cups popped popcorn

1 cup brown sugar
|

1/2 cup butter or margerine
|
|
1/2 cup corn syrup
|

1/2 tsp vanilla
|

1/2 tsp baking soda
|

Instructions |
|
|
Over low heat, mix together sugar, butter and corn syrup. Stir to boiling and let roll for five minutes without stirring
|
|
|
Remove, and add vanilla and baking soda
|
|
|
Pour over popcorn and stir
Bake at 250 for 1 hour, stirring lots.
Add peanuts, almonds or walnuts if desired
|
