Pour breadcrumbs and parmesan cheese into a bowl and blend well
Season flour with salt and pepper
You need three bowls
Flour, egg then breadcrumbs
Dip chicken in that order, flour, then egg, then breadcrumbs
Refridgerate chicken for at least 1/2 hour to firm butter so it doesn't leak.
Fry chicken 5-6 minutes per side, or until cooked. Alternatively, cook in oven at 350 for 15-20 minutes.
